Name: First item listed is the last name of the individual. If the first name is available that will appear also, if not the words Son or Daughter will be used.

Date: Month/Day/Year 4/15/1935 example The Press printed the date only on page one. The Journal sometimes printed the date of every page sometimes not.

Page: Ideally, this would mean simply read the date and page number in the corner. This is not the case for early issues.
